Knowall IT will host and optionally manage your server hardware within our data centre. Our engineers can cover all major OSs and applications, with NO Cost firewall management and backups. Also available is the Knowall IT Gold Support package which allows for complete “hands off” management. Knowall provides a range of co-location packages ranging from 1U, quarter to multiple racks. Every Co-Location package has the option to take advantage of Knowall ITs’ managed firewall, backup and monitoring and alert services.

A Managed Server with Knowall IT provides the re-assurance with always on, 24x7 support, offsite backups, firewall management and backup. see Virtual Machines. You can be assured that by investing in this excellent new service, you will be able to enjoy a more secure and reliable product, without having to incur the expense of hiring a dedicated IT professional. Each Dedicated Server is allocated 50 GB of backup space on our offsite backup servers. We can also configure automated backups to run on your Dedicated Server and then be uploaded to the backup server space. There is no additional cost for this service and it is highly recommended you take advantage of it.
